A 5K, on Thursday, April 11th at 6:45 PM. The registration fee is $30 and it will be held at Riverside Park.

There’ll be prizes for the top finishers as well as the one who comes closest to guessing their finishing time. The race registration link is here. They’ll have bag watch and a post-race Happy Hour at Five Lamps Tavern (2756 Broadway (106th Street & Broadway). So, race and be social friends!

The next one… is a track meet!

Online registration is $10 per athlete and allows entry into all events. Event day registration will be $15 and subject to availability. So, preregistering sounds a lot better.

Events: 5000 Meters/ Sprint Medley Relay (100m, 100m, 200m, 400m) / 800 Meters / 400 Meters / Mile / Distance Medley Relay (1200m, 400m, 800m, 1600m) / 4×400 Meter Relay

All events will be run in women’s heats followed by men’s heat. Relay events may also include a co-ed heat. This a USATF sanctioned event and will be timed and scored by USATF officials in accordance with the 2013 USATF Competition Rules. Awards and prizes will be available for the fastest three individuals in each event. Teams will also be eligible for a team award based on cumulative points acquired across all the events. Lots of details and registration up here.
