I don’t want to eat until after I run. But I am lazy, or scared of the cold, and I delay the run for hours. Then I am starving. And I decide it’s time to go for a run. I still don’t. Then it’s starting to get late. At some point (the last minute), I go out, and I am hungry and weak, so the run sucks.
And I do the same thing the day after.
