- My Mile PR is 6:05, same race but in 2012. Last year I run it in 6:24 (and I was going at maybe 80% out).
- When I run Mile Repeats, i usually run them at 6:45 or 6:50 in soft dirt.

- August 2016, Percy Sutton 5K, 21:18, 6:52 pace. Last Full Mile was at 6:20 (but it was downhill)
