Nick Symmonds, known for his five straight U.S. 800-meter championships and his date with Paris Hilton, is under consideration to become the next star of “The Bachelor,” the ABC reality show in which one gentleman dates approximately 25 eligible women and sometimes ends the season by becoming engaged to the winner.

Symmonds’ publicist informed him that producers of “The Bachelor” might be interested in him, and his feelings about being on the show are mixed, as he told Joe Battaglia of Race Results Weekly… more
