I coached all morning, and then at noon we headed off for my 16 miler. Why not do it all with Harlem Hill loops in it??? Five clockwise and five counterclockwise.

It was slow, yes. But at least I am doing all I can do to ready in the few weeks I have. New York City Marathon: I am really trying!!
