So, This just happened on my long run on the Briddle path…
apparently it is really good that I had those Oakleys on.
I was on mile nine of my 18 miler (and I was doing pretty well) and this just happened out of the blue. no reason at all. I then run back home the 1.5 miles as fast as i could. We shall see when this long run thing finally happens… >_<]%]>]+[€]€¥$/(/$-!!!
